Paul was recommended to me as I wanted to train with someone that would further motivate me and add some structure to my training.  I have been training for a number of years but had lost my way a little so needed some help on focusing my attentions. I have been training with Paul now for around 6 months and he always challenges me with a varied training structure to suit my goals.  He always pushes me, particularly in areas that I find challenging and this has made me work harder. He has recently tweaked my training programme to support me on a half marathon and even took time out of his schedule to show me a different running route. Paul is extremely professional, friendly and very committed. He provides me with advice and training tips regularly along with diet suggestions in order for me to achieve my goals.  He always does a 8 week assessment to see how I am doing against my objectives. I’ve never been happier training and I can honestly say I have never had such a dedicated Personal Trainer who takes the time to support my needs and who is extremely reliable and very thorough.   – Philippa

For anybody thinking about getting fit, working towards a healthier lifestyle, or with an exercise challenge in mind, I cannot recommend Paul highly enough. having taken on a challenge to run 10k-from a starting point of 0k! – I asked Paul to help me to get into a position of being fit enough to take on the challenge -in 7 weeks!! Paul spent some time finding out about the things that turned me on and off exercise, and about my eating preferences, and then developed a fantastic plan that was manageable and also enjoyable. Throughout the 7 weeks he gave me new ideas for motivation, tailored my exercise, and even offered to come food shopping with me! Paul had to put up with a lot of whinging from me – he deserves a medal for that alone! And he made sure I did what I was supposed to do – again, another medal is deserved – with the end result being that I ran the 10k on the hottest July day of the year, under the time I was aiming for.
